Yes, we provide delivery and setup of our rentals for your convenience. We can arrive on the day of or day prior to your event to ensure that everything is in place and ready to go.
We take cleanliness and safety seriously, which is why we thoroughly clean and sanitize our bounce houses after each use. We use Simple Green, a non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning solution, to clean the bounce houses. Additionally, for stubborn stains, we use Magic Erasers to ensure that the bounce houses look as good as new for your event.
Yes you will have the option when selecting the date for renting to choose more than one day. The maximum number of days we rent is 2 days. If you require more days than that please contact us.
If you want to cancel your booking and delivery please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. We require a 24 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid a cancellation charge.
Yes, we are licensed and insured for your peace of mind. Our business is inspected and licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture Ride Safety Division to ensure that our equipment is safe and meets all applicable safety standards. We take safety seriously and work hard to ensure that our equipment is well-maintained, properly inspected, and safe for use at all times.
Yes, we take care of the entire setup and takedown process for all of our rentals, including the bounce houses. We will arrive at your event location to set up the bounce house and ensure that it is safe and secure before your event starts. After your event is over, we will return to take down and pack up the rental. This way, you can focus on enjoying your event without having to worry about the setup or takedown process.
Yes, someone will need to be present when we arrive to deliver and set up the rental. We will need access to the event location to ensure that everything is set up correctly and safely. If no one is available to let us in at the agreed-upon time, we may need to reschedule the delivery or set up a time for you to let us in. Please let us know if you have any scheduling concerns or special instructions for accessing your event location.
No, we require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your rental for any reason, please refer to our cancellation policy for information regarding refunds.
Our terms and rental agreement is a legal document that outlines the rules and regulations for renting one of our bounce houses or other rentals. The agreement covers important topics such as payment terms, cancellation policy, safety rules, and liability waivers.

We currently deliver to the following cities in Ohio: Springfield, Dayton, Troy, and Urbana. If your event is located within 30 miles of downtown Springfield, there will be no additional delivery fee. However, if your event is located further than 30 miles away, we may need to charge an additional fee to cover the extra distance and time. Please contact us for a quote based on your specific event location.
