Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel their equipment rental, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to the scheduled rental period. If a cancellation 47- 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee, and a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in the full rental fee not being refundable.

Cleaning fee

If the rental is not in the same condition as when it arrived there may be a cleaning fee of $25

Weather cancellations

If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, we will refund any payments you have made in full. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from cancellation. You will be refunded the full amount of your order unless there is a cancelation fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
