Delivery policy

After booking, we will reach out to you to confirm your delivery details. If you have any questions before then, please feel free to contact us. 

Delivery Times

We will deliver your bounce house at the agreed-upon time. We require a minimum of 1 hour to set up the bounce house before the event start time.

Delivery Area

We proudly offer delivery services within Central Ohio, up to a 60-mile radius from our office in South Vienna, Ohio. Delivery rates are based on the distance from our office to your event location.

If your event is located more than 60 miles away, please contact us directly for a custom delivery quote. We’re happy to explore options to accommodate your needs.

Additional Fees

We charge a delivery fee based on the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. If your event is more than 100 feet away from an electrical outlet, we may charge a fee for a generator. Please contact us to find out what the fee will be for your specific event.

Site Preparation

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the site where the bounce house will be set up is clear and free of debris. Please make sure that the area where the bounce house will be placed is level and free of sharp objects or anything that could damage the bounce house.

Accessibility

Please ensure that there is clear access to the area where the bounce house will be set up. If there are any obstacles or challenges that could make it difficult for us to deliver or set up the bounce house, please let us know in advance.

Customer Availability

Customers must be available at the delivery location at the agreed-upon delivery time. If the customer is not present at the delivery location at the scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Inclement Weather

If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, we will refund any payments you have made in full.

Electrical Outlet

Please make sure that your event location is within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. If your event location is not within 100 feet of an electrical outlet, please let us know in advance and we may need to charge a fee for a generator.
